| The Memorial Scholarship program
is designed to provide the incentive and financial support to deserving,
full time college students. Those enrolled in any accredited four-year
Bachelor of Science program, majoring in Engineering or the Applied
Sciences are eligible. Each scholarship will be in the amount of $3,000
and will awarded in two installments of $1,500 providing grades are
maintained at an acceptable level (B average or better). |

for in successive years and are awarded based on overall performance
as judged by the committee. |

The ERG Merit Scholarships are
designed to give incentive and financial assistance to deserving high
school seniors enrolling as a full time student in an accredited four
year Bachelor of Science program, majoring in Engineering or the Applied
Sciences. Applicants are judged on scholastic achievement with consideration
given to extra curricular activities. SAT scores will be used in case
of ties. The following year, recipients of the ERG Merit Scholarships
are eligible to be reconsidered for Memorial Scholarships, if they
re-apply.

| Scholarships are in the amount
