The Energy Rubber Group has implemented the following policy regarding refundable and non refundable purchases through our organization.

Arrangements for Meetings and Educational Symposiums must be made far in advance. Pre-registration is encouraged for all attendees, which allows for planning for room size, seating, meals, materials etc. The Energy Rubber Group also recognizes that plans change and cancellation of your pre-registration may occur. Below are the terms and conditions in which refunds will be issued for Meetings and Educational Symposiums:

All cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing 10 business days prior to the scheduled event.

A full refund will be issued if notice is received according to the terms and conditions.

Refunds will be made by Check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover.

All requests made after the cut off date are Non-Refundable. Substitutions are allowed in the event that you can not attend the event but the person must be in good standing as a member of the Energy Rubber Group.
